Every year, we hold our Annual Program Evaluation with a touch of Jersey charm - at a diner while enjoying some delicious pancakes! On this special day, residents take a break from the conference to gather around and chat about every aspect of the program. We go over rotations, evaluate our teaching methods, and jot down ideas for improvements. Residents are a key part of this process and can even join the Program Evaluation Committee, where they work alongside faculty to bring these ideas to life. And of course, we keep everyone fueled up with stacks of pancakes and huge milkshakes throughout the day!
